Qualifications

• Professional experience in software development using Python.
• Experience with test automation in Continuous Integration setup.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively test features from and end user perspective, develop test plans and test cases to describe software product features.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional technical teams and senior management.
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• DevOps mindset with an understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Experience with automation tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, Selenium, Postman and Bitbucket pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Linux.
• Ability to create and design test automation and test automation infrastructure for high traffic Web-based applications and complex real time backend services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing requirements.
• An attitude where no technical challenge is too great and highly outcome-oriented.
• Experience working with distributed worldwide development teams in an Agile environment.
• Upper-Int or Advanced English Level.

‍ Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test frameworks and related tools to support functional/software automation, architecture and technical documentation.
• Actively work with the Development team to review product features and develop automation tests.
• Regularly interpret results of automation test runs and work with cross functional teams to debug, diagnose, and resolve failures.
• Create bug reports and automation status reports for stakeholder review.
• Influence and drive operational excellence best practices within the organization.
• Actively support and mentor junior engineers to improve skills and efficiency.
